Jeremy got his start in professional kitchens as a manager of operations in various esteemed restaurants in the Bay Area where for nearly 10 years he worked closely with reputable chefs.

 

Jeremy’s unique cooking style combines his own favorite bbq recipes and techniques with the unbeatable education he acquired from the restaurants he managed.

In early 2020 amidst a global pandemic, Jeremy realized his dream was to create a restaurant from the ground up that catered to authentic, flavorful BBQ. It was then that Smoke & Meat BBQ was born!
